Treasure Me Up is a resource that helps you visualize your eternal portfolio and begin to see what it really means for you in Heaven. It’s intended to help you experience what Jesus said in Matthew 6:20:
but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal;
We know that the only true riches are the ones that we lay up in heaven. I believe that technology can be used to help us understand what this means in a more tangible way.
There are two basic things you can do at Treasure Me Up. You can find new giving ideas, and you can visualize your reward by getting a glimpse of how it might be viewed in Heaven. We don’t understand it fully now, but this is intended to get your mind focused on what Jesus told us about it.
The ministries and organizations on Treasure Me Up have been selected carefully and give you a variety of giving options. You can search for them, browse through them and look at them by category.
The members-only software tools for visualizing your giving, give you a glimpse into what your heavenly savings account might look like if you could actually see it. It allows you to privately enter your gifts and keep track of how much you have given. The Bible tells us that God is keeping track, and this tool just helps us visualize it.
Jesus has directed us stop storing up earthly treasure and to start building up our heavenly treasure. He also gave us the reason. In the very next verse, Matthew 6:21, Jesus says this:
…for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Treasure Me Up is an effort to help you get focused on the right thing. When we do, we will also experience what it is like to have our hearts in the right place.

Let’s work together to experience the joy of preparing an account for ourselves that will never wear out or go down in value.
Sell that which you have, and give gifts to the needy. Make for yourselves purses which don’t grow old, a treasure in the heavens that doesn’t fail, where no thief approaches, neither moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. – Luke 12:33-34
